Armenii 3: t. 107 (1958) as R. chrysantha. Map 41, p. 217. Caudex absent, offsets 1-2 cm, roots fibrous; rosettes persistent after flowering; scapes 5-10 cm, lateral. Leaves obovate, ± concave 10-20 cm, pectinate-ciliate, glandular-pilose. Inflorescence cymose-paniculate, 5-10-flowered, glandular-pilose. Flowers pale yellow; pedicels 2-4 mm, calyx 4-5 mm; corolla 9-12 mm, lobes 1-1+ x tube; scales erect, rounded-truncate. Follicles c. 5 mm, glandular over their whole surface; styles c. 15-2.5 mm; seeds pyriform, apiculate, striate. Fl. 6-7. Limestone slopes and screes, 1500-3400 m.
